What started as a simple front-yard lemonade stand run by our three kids has grown into a full-time family food truck. When we discovered that lemonade stands were technically illegal in Virginia, we decided to do things the right way—getting licensed, insured, and fully legal.
Over the past four years, that little stand has become Peters Family Concessions, a family-run business built on love, teamwork, and the joy of sharing good food. Today, we serve up crowd favorites like smoked meats, grilled classics, fresh sides, and of course, our signature hand-squeezed lemonade.
This journey has truly been a family affair. Our oldest now works the trailer alongside us, while our youngest still reaps the rewards of generous customer tips. From local festivals to private events, we bring more than just food—we bring family, flavor, and fun to every gathering.
